
Return & Exchange Policy

At Cyberbyter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, ensuring a smooth and easy process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- For hygienic reasons, open or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
2. How to Return or Exchange Your Items
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@cyberbyter.xyz or call us at 240-895-7996 to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer to exchange a product for another item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- If the product is available, we will send you the new item at no additional cost (excluding shipping fees).
- If the product you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or full refund.
- We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (except for damaged or defective items).
- Gift cards.
